A Petition to wind up the above-named Company with a registered office address of Villa House, 7 Herbert Terrace, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 2AH presented on 19 July 2018 by SMITH BROTHERS STORES LIMITED of Unit V2 Blaby Industrial Park, Winchester Avenue, Blaby, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE8 4GZ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 3 October 2018 at 11:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
