"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Harry Hyams (IP No 9413) of Insolve Plus Ltd, 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that he be authorised to act jointly and separately."
