Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 8 February 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, RG1 4SJ and Louise Brittain (IP No. 9000) of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
