Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 February 2018, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R L H Knight (IP No. 2231) of Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Limited, Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1NU be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
