A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no. 09223013), of Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE, presented on 15 July 2019 by BEAUFORT ASSET CLEARING SERVICES LIMITED (in administration) (the “Petitioner”), acting by its joint special administrators Russell Downs, Nigel Rackham and Dan Schwarzmann (acting as the Petitioner’s agents, and without personal liability) (the “Administrators”), whose address is at 23 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2QP, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 11 September 2019 at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on Tuesday 10 September 2019.
