A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at The Lockey Suite The Nostell Estate Yard, Nostell, Wakefield, England, WF4 1AB, presented on 30th November 2016, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED, The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6AY, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 14th February 2017, at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
