“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Brittain (IP No. 009000) and Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) both of Azets Holdings Limited, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company.”

At a subsequent meeting, Meghan Andrews was appointed and Matthew John Waghorn was given his release.
