At a Special Meeting of the above named Company, duly held at Sale Smith & Co Limited, Inducta House, Fryers Road, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7LZ on 19 October 2017 at 2.30 pm the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Eileen Theresa Frances Sale (IP No. 8738) of Sale Smith & Co. Limited, Inducta House, Fryers Road, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7LZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
