At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Chatsworth House, 3rd Floor, 39 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LY on 19 December 2019, the following Resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Ken Touhey (IP No. 8369) of Insolvency and Recovery Limited, Chatsworth House, 3rd Floor, 39 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LY be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 19 December 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Kenneth William Touhey as Liquidator.
