A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 16 September 2019 by ROYAL MAIL GROUP LIMITED of 100 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0HQ claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 12 November 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
