A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 15 Oakfield Street, Pontarddulais, Swansea SA4 8LN, presented on 22 January 2018 by CHANNEL TELECOM WHOLESALE LTD ("the Petitioners") whose address is 102-104 Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG9 5BS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 7 March 2018 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of their intention to do so to the Petitioners' Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on 6 March 2018.
