Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 December 2019, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James E Patchett (IP No. 9345) and Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie and that the Joint Liquidators' fees will be charged as a fixed amount of £5,000 plus disbursements plus VAT."
