At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 21 High View Close, Hamilton Office Park, Hamilton, Leicester, LE4 9LJ on 22 January 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
