"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Barker (IP No. 17150) and Simon Edel (IP No. 9810) both of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by either or both of them."
