and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986,

A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Shooting Star Animation Limited (09395757) of 14 Rockingham Court, Towton, Tadcaster LS24 9TL, 14 Rockingham Court, Towton, Tadcaster LS24 9TL (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 59113-television programme production activities and also the other objects in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, presented on Thursday 14 November 2019, at 10:30 by VTR NORTH LIMITED, of The Old Brewery, High Court, Leeds LS2 7ES claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 11 February 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 10:30 hours on Monday 10 February 2020
