Notice is hereby given that on 27th February, 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Barnetts, Solicitors, having their place of business at 7-9 Grange Place, Kilmarnock, KA1 2BH, craving the Court, inter alia, that Shire Solutions Limited a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts, (Company No. SC492472) and having its Registered Office at 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1ER be wound up by Court Order under the Provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Annette Menzies, Chartered Accountant, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd., 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU or such other person as the Court may elect to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 14th March, 2017 ordains any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given
