Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Liquidators of the above named Company are seeking a decision from Creditors on the formulation of a creditors' committee and on the terms of their remuneration by way of Correspondence.

A creditor's vote by correspondence must be received by the convener by no later than 23.59 hours on (the 'decision date').
