Notice is hereby given that on 3 October 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness by Frank Allen Strang and Deborah Louise Strang craving the Court inter alia that Shetland FM Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Moray Park, Seafield Avenue, Grantown-on-Spey, PH26 3JF (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Inverness by interlocutor dated 4 October 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Inverness, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
