"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3QR be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they be empowered to act jointly or severally in matters relating to the winding-up."
