"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kate Merry (IP No. 9439) and Ben Dyer (IP No. 18016) both of PEM, Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge, CB1 2LA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
