At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 1 February 2021 the following Resolution was duly passed, as a Special Resolution:

THAT the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Mark Willis of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1NU and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators be hereby authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) to exercise the powers laid down in schedule 4, part I of the Act.
