At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 1 High Street, Sheerness, Kent, ME12 1NY on 3 December 2020, at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively"

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute amongst the members in specie or kind the whole or any part of the assets of the company and may for such purpose set such value as they deem fair upon any property to be divided as aforesaid and may determine how such division shall be carried out as between the members and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) both of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
