A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 215 Derby Street, Bolton, BL3 6JF presented on 5 July 2022 by Npower Commercial Gas Limited of Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies' Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 07 September 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
