Notice is hereby given that the written resolutions following resolutions were passed by the Members of the Company on 19 February 2021, as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ryan Holdsworth (IP No. 23410) and Adrian Graham (IP No. 8980) both of Graywoods, 4th Floor, Fountain Precinct, Leopold Street, Sheffield, S1 2JA be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
