Notice is hereby given that on 26 November 2019 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Southside Factoring and Related Services Limited (Company Number SC286509) craving the Court inter alia to order that SHAWLANDS LTD (Company Number SC403463) having its Registered Office at 1353 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, G41 3RG be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition Sheriff Anwar of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 26 November 2019 ordained that SHAWLANDS LTD, and all persons having an interest, lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service, or advertisement, under certification, all of which notice is hereby given.
