A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Sharmar Limited (CRN 09366766) of Brithouse, High Street East, Scunthorpe DN15 6UH, presented on 10 December 2019, by GRANGE LANE ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED (CRN 11644354) & GRANGE LANE ESTATE COMPANY NO. 2 LIMITED (CRN 11914673) of 7 Brantwood Road, Salford M7 4EN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the County Court at Great Grimsby, Town Hall Square, Great Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN31 1HX, on 31 January 2020 at 15.00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
