“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
