"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 009614) both of Mazars LLP, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
