Special Resolution

“That the Company be voluntarily wound up.”

Ordinary Resolution

“That Ronan Duffy of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 101 Spencer Road, Derry, BT47 6AE, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding up.
