At a meeting of the creditors of the above named company, duly convened and held at Park House, Park Square West, Leeds LS1 2PW on 14 October 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed, No. l as a special resolution and No's 2 and 3 as ordinary resolutions:-

1. That the club be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Rob Sadler of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited, Devonshire House, 32/34 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HZ and Mark Newman of Crowe UK LLP, 4 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1EE be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

3. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done may be done by any one or more persons holding the office of joint liquidator from time to time.
