At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 1st Floor, 33 Foley Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1W 7TL, on 1 May 2020 at 10.30 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) and John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 9513) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
