Notice is hereby given that on 30 April 2019 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Shaun Graeme McLean and Jill Lapsley McLean for an order to wind up SGM Distribution Ltd. (Registered Number SC307872), having its Registered Office at Braefoot Cottage, Dunnichen, Forfar, Angus, DD8 2NX, in which Petition, Lord Doherty by Interlocutor dated 30 April 2019 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and meantime, on cause shown, appointed Shona Joanne Campbell, c/o MHA Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB, to be provisional liquidator of SGM Distribution Ltd with authority to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
