At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Preston Bagot Farm, Preston Bagot, Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire B95 5EF, on 18 March 2019, at 10.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Craig Povey (IP No. 9665) of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
