“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon Thornton (IP No. 9031) of HS Business Recovery Ltd, The Conifers, Filton Road, Hambrook, Bristol BS16 1QG be, and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
