A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 8 April 2020 by Mr Andrew Cann T/A CANN’S CONTRACTORS of Solitude, Parkham, Bideford, Devon, EX39 5PH claiming to be a Creditor of Servis Farm Limited of Servis Farm, Little Torrington, Torrington, Devon, EX38 8JB will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX by telephone at 11.00 am on Tuesday 29th September 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on Friday 25 September 2020.
