At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 7 Trent Place, Gardenhall, East Kilbride, G75 8RU on the 7 December 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart MacDonald (IP No. 8906) and James Fennessey (IP No. 26690) both of Azets, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
