I, James Neill of HNH Partners Ltd, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL give notice that I was appointed administrator of the above named company on 28 May 2019.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Rule 2.096 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to preferential and unsecured creditors of the above named company within two months of the last date for proving.

The last date for creditors to prove their claim in order to participate in the dividend is 23 June 2021.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, creditors should send their claims by email to rory@hnhgroup.co.uk and thomash@hnhgroup.co.uk.

A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from the first and final dividend and will not be entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in that dividend, the distribution of that dividend.

No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
