Notice is given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by John Dean Cullen and Bethan Louise Evans, the Joint Liquidators to the creditors of Seren Contractors Ltd, that we intend declaring an interim dividend to the unsecured (i.e non-preferential) creditors within two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 20 March 2020, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to us at Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF and, if so requested by us, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.

The schedule shows the amounts owed to creditors in respect of small debts according to the statement of affairs. These small debts will be treated as proved unless I am advised by the creditor concerned that the amount is incorrect or is not owed. Where debts are incorrect, a proof of debt must be submitted to us by 20 March 2020 in order for creditors to receive a dividend.

The prescribed part provisions do not apply.
