“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that the winding up proceed as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and that Samuel Talby, (IP No. 9404) and Mark Phillips, (IP No. 9320) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
