(IN MEMBERS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Articles 79 and 80 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Annual and Final Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, will be held at the offices of PKF-FPM Accountants Limited, 1- 3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT1 4GA on 07 March 2022 at 11:00 am for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and to receive any explanation that may be considered necessary. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

The following resolutions will be considered at the meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s annual and final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives his release.

3. That the Liquidator has the power to destroy the books and of the Company, 12 months after the dissolution of the company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the offices of PKF-FPM Accountants Limited, 1- 3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Co Antrim, BT1 4GA no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.

Note: -

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of members cannot take place. In order to provide members with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone and/or video conferencing facilities.

In order to make suitable arrangements to ensure that all those wishing to participate are able to take part, members are requested to submit their proxy form in advance of the meeting and indicate that they wish to be sent details by email of how they may participate in the meeting at the required time.
