Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors under Rule 4.54(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of approving the Joint Liquidators remuneration.
