"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TY and Duncan Robert Beat (IP No. 8161) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 31 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5SQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
