Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB on 25 February 2016 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Brewer and Matthew Haw, both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB, (IP Nos 9038 and 9627), be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators to the Company and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
