A Petition to wind up the above-named company on the basis that it is just and equitable to do so was presented on 26 July 2022 by the FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY of 12 Endeavour Square, London, E20 1JN, was served on 1 August 2022 at the above registered address for the company, and will be heard in the High Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Monday 17 October 2022 at 2pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Friday 14 October 2022.
