Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that we, Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) both of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by the Secretary of State on 10 November 2017.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me.

The decision to establish a liquidation committee may be made by the Company's creditors and/or by its contributories. Where the decision is made by both the creditors and the contributories, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules. Where the decision is made only by the creditors, the committee is to be established if accordance with the Rules unless the court orders otherwise. The liquidators must seek a decision from the creditors and contributories as to whether a liquidation committee should be established if requested, in accordance with the Rules, to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company's creditors.

The Joint Liquidator proposes to seek a decision only from the Company's creditors for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee. If a creditor wishes to be included in this decision process, they should write to the liquidator.
