“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stella Davis and Joanne Kim Rolls, both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London NW1 2DX, (IP Nos 9585 and 8867) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators”.
