Notice is hereby given that on 16 December 2019 a petition was presented to the sheriff at Glasgow by SeeWoo Restaurant Glasgow Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC294281, having its registered office at The Point, Hamiltonhill, 29 Saracen Street, Glasgow, G22 5LF (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the sheriff, by interlocutor dated 16 December 2019, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
