At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Two Snowhill, Birmingham, B4 6GA on 06 February 2017 the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that is it advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian J Gould and Edward T Kerr, both of BDO LLP, Regent House, Clinton Avenue, Nottingham, NG5 1AZ, (IP Nos. 7866 and 9021 are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly or severally.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on 8 February 2017, the appointment of Ian J Gould and Edward T Kerr was confirmed.
