“That it has been resolved by a special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony John Sargeant, of Bridgewood Financial Solutions Ltd, 13 Regent Street, Nottingham NG1 5BS, (IP No 9659) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
