1. On 23 August 2019, Secal Limited went into administration. Secal by Genius Facades Limited purchased the assets from Secal Limited (in administration) on 23 August 2019. Secal by Genius Facades Limited hereby gives notice that it intends to trade as "Secal by Genius Facades" and any derivatives thereof, being a similar name as Secal Limited and prohibited names pursuant to section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

2. Roger Lee Lavender of Brockton Park, Brockton, Shifnal, England TF11 9LZ gives notice to all creditors of Secal Limited that he was a Director and/or involved in the management of Secal Limited during the 12 months ending with the day it went into administration and is intending to and/or will continue to act in one or more ways to which Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Secal Limited on the day it went into administration through Secal by Genius Facades Limited trading as "SECAL BY GENIUS FACADES" and any derivatives thereof.
